3. Why we use it

  • To provide the Service — accounts, profiles, the directory (performance of a contract).
  • To verify results and claims — connections you authorize and profile claims (contract and legitimate interest).
  • To keep the Service secure — abuse prevention, rate limits, logs (legitimate interest).
  • To contact listed professionals — about their profile and the Service (legitimate interest; you can object at any time).
  • To comply with the law (legal obligation).

4. Listed profiles

Some profiles are created from publicly available professional information. If a profile is about you, you can claim it, correct it, or ask us to remove it by writing to our contact page.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, security, email delivery and, only with your consent, website analytics: see the Cookie Policy) under contracts that protect it, with authorities when the law requires, or in a corporate transaction with equivalent protections.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal obligations. Security logs are kept for a limited time. Published records that others rely on may be kept in anonymized form.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to our contact page. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We will post updates on this page with their date and announce material changes on the Service.
