1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of traderranking.com and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Trader Ranking, Inc. ("Trader Ranking", "we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Trader Ranking is a directory of traders and trading institutions. Profiles may include information that traders provide themselves, information from public sources, and results delivered directly by brokers through read-only connections the trader authorizes.

Trader Ranking is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, fund, signal provider or capital-allocation platform. We do not hold, manage, allocate or transfer money or assets.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to hire, follow, copy or invest with anyone. Past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

5. Profiles and claims

Some profiles are created from publicly available information before their owners join. If a profile is about you, you may claim it. We verify claims by email or by review, and we may refuse a claim we cannot verify. Once a profile is yours, you are responsible for what you add to it.

6. Contact details of listed profiles

Registered users may view the contact details shown on listed profiles for legitimate, individual professional contact only. You must not copy, scrape, compile, resell or use them for unsolicited bulk messages. We limit and log access, and we may suspend accounts that misuse it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or the rights of others;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent results, identity or affiliation;
• upload or connect data you are not authorized to share;
• access the Service by automated means (scraping, crawling, bots) without our written permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Trader Ranking, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you submit.

9. Our content and marks

The Service, its design, software and trademarks belong to Trader Ranking, Inc. or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services

The Service links to or relies on third parties (for example brokers, identity and security providers). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trader Ranking, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date, and material changes will be announced on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trader Ranking, Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
